HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Visit www.my360theme.com to participate in the DP CONTENT CREATION CHALLENGE. Chances are, if you are reading this, you are already here! You will need to register to either submit themes as well as to enable yourself to ability to vote (registration is free). For the first time ever, Disruptive Publishers will allow individual end-users the opportunity to have their unique, individual content published to Xbox LIVE Marketplace as downloadable Xbox 360 themes. Users will be directed to www.my360theme.com where they will find detailed instructions and a content template. Once material has been created to the proper specs, a simple file upload tool will allow users to transfer their content & associated information to DP’s servers. After review, content will appear in a community gallery page on www.my360theme.com where individuals vote to determine top content. At the end of the contest period, the winning entries will be awarded a publishing contract with DP.
ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, United Kingdom and Canada who are 13 or older at time of entry and who have registered at www.my360theme.com. Employees of Nokia Inc. and Disruptive Media Publishers Inc. along with their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
HERE’S HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Beginning 12:00:01 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on 03/17/08, visit www.my360theme.com, and follow the on-screen instructions to register, upload your theme or vote or your theme of choice. You can submit content in partnership with a specific community partner or as an independent provider. The community partner whose content receives the most cumulative votes will receive a specified prize along with the overall winner. Create a theme and upload it through the contest website www.my360theme.com. Once approved any registered site visitor can vote on what content they want to see published. Real-time leader boards tracks top content and community partners. Content submission closes at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on 04/14/08. Voting closes at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on 04/28/08.
At the conclusion of the promotion and once the votes have been tabulated, the competitor with the highest cumulative votes for his/her theme design will be deemed the DP Content Creation Challenge winner and will win the Prize specified at time of challenge creation. In the event of a tie, DP employees will make the final decision through a specific internal criteria.
HERE’S HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: If you are the winner of the DP Content Creation Challenge you will receive an email notification containing your prize claim code within approximately 72 hours of conclusion of the promotion. All Prize claims must be received by 2:00:00 PM PST on 06/01/08. Certain Prizes may be fulfilled via email. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your Prize.

Terms and conditions on gift cards/gift certificates apply. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the Prize. Limit one Prize per tier level per person or household; a maximum of four Prizes total per person or household.
GENERAL RULES: At Sponsor’s discretion, potential Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any Prize/ Reward notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the prize may not be awarded. Winners will be notified by e-mail/mail. No substitution or transfer of Prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded. By accepting Prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, Nokia, Inc., and Disruptive Media Publishers Inc., their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of Prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any Prize. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Nokia Inc and Disruptive Media Publishers Inc., their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the Prizes.

In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and all eligible challenge winners as of time of termination will receive a Prize claim email. In the event a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive Prize, entry made by Internet will be declared made by the "authorized e-mail account holder.” “Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting challenge requests or Prize claims will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to freeze or close an account or to prohibit the participation of an individual/account holder if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
